Many repairers across Sydney claim they can offer quick and low-cost repairs. But this comes at a cost. These repairers have the potential to void your warranty by using fake parts that Apple has not approved. As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we only use the best quality, genuine and approved parts from Apple and select third-party manufacturers. Not only are our services authentic, but we also endorse the quality of the products we use. We warranty parts for up to five years and guarantee our labour for up to three years.*

Since opening our doors in 2005, we’ve seen it all. From flashing question mark folders, Macs that will only work when upside down to devices that have made friends with the underside of a car tyre! When something goes wrong, you can drop in or book online to visit one of our convenient stores in Mosman and Newport Beach. No appointments are required! We also offer express services. Chances are we will have your machine back to you, repaired, before other service centres have even had time to assess it!

Adrian is an Apple boffin. His love affair with Mac began at just age 9 when his father introduced him to the incredible world of Apple. He was then poised to take over his school Apple Labs, at just age 12. Over time, his love (and collection) of technology, systems has grown. For over 20 years, Adrian has been buying, restoring and collecting vintage Apple products. He now has one of, if not the most definitive historical Apple collection globally.
He now spends his days helping others with their technology and supporting his incredible MacMedic team to be one of the most awarded Apple Service Providers in Australia.
