We also offer an Express Service, which gets your computer on the bench running through diagnostics within one hour of arriving as well as priority handling. When you bring your machine into us, we run a full range of diagnostics to ensure that we get the full picture. We’ll inform you of any issues we can detect with your machine and let you make the decision. We do not want to repair your machine for one fault to have it return in a week for another previously undiagnosed or unaddressed issue. This may take a little more time to do, but we do it on every repair to give you the best service possible.
